Stephen A. Ward
Stephen Ward has worked on many award winning projects throughout his career. He began as an independent design build architect and general contractor in 1998 and is the principal for the design and construction oversight for Ward Consulting. He is also responsible for the design of the Confluence Heights Mixed Use, Conejo's Lofts, Panorama Lofts Mixed Use, and the Oriental Theater transformation in Northwest Denver. Stephen has over 20 years of diversified experience with commercial, institutional, development and corporate design build projects throughout the United States. 

Robert C. Grubbs
Robert Grubbs has worked on many diversified projects throughout his career. He began as an independent design build architect and general contractor in 1993 and was the principal for the design and construction oversight for InterPlan and Ward Consulting. He is also responsible for the design of several auto dealerships in Denver and the western US. Robert has over 27 years of diversified experience with international development, commercial, institutional and corporate design build projects throughout the United States, Canada and the Middle East.
