Confluence Heights Mixed Use
A unique,60,0000 square foot 24 unit residential mixed use development with 5,000 square feet of retail space and underground secured parking structure. Ward Consulting designed and built this project in the LoHi Highland neighborhood in Northwest Denver. The building boasts wonderful views and amenities including walking and hiking trails along Confluence Park as well as a Roof Top deck with spectacular views of Denver's skyline. The project site is walking distance from LoDo featuring several attractions including: shop's, restaurant's, theme park and aquarium to name a few.

Panorama Lofts Mixed Use
A proposed mixed use residential/retail/office development located in Lakewood, Colorado. Ward Consulting designed and provided planning services which included rezoning of the property from agricultural to residential mutifamily and commercial uses. The entitlements approved by the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners include: 72 condominium units (soft lofts) and 28,000 square feet of retail/office space. The community boasts wonderful amenities including: panoramic views, walking trails, on site retail, professional offices and shopping at Colorado Mills Mall, just 3 minutes away.

Building Features: This 29,000 square foot, two-story building is located in 4900 East Evans Avenue. Bold shapes and innovative design make this autodealership a one of a kind prototype design. Functional design including a roof top parking area was designed to maximize the site constraints.
Weld County Garage
This prototype auto dealership has 57,550 square feet with new showroom, service and parts departments, administrative offices as well as fleet sales offices. Ward Consulting developed program, design and planning solutions for this unique project.
