Panorama Lofts Mixed Use
A proposed mixed use residential/retail/office development located in Lakewood, Colorado. Ward Consulting designed and provided planning services which included rezoning of the property from agricultural to residential mutifamily and commercial uses. The entitlements approved by the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners include: 72 condominium units (soft lofts) and 28,000 square feet of retail/office space. The community boasts wonderful amenities including: panoramic views, walking trails, on site retail, professional offices and shopping at Colorado Mills Mall, just 3 minutes away.
